Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days (excluding Christmas shopping periods) depending
on the day and time that the order
is submitted. Some items will take longer and are noted
on the respective product page.
Most items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
We are unable to ship
internationally. In general, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Box
addresses. However, if you contact us we will try to find alternate
shipping methods for
these destinations. Many of our products can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. If you order a product that
cannot be delivered to an APO/FPO then you will be notified.
If you do not see an Order button on a product page then that product is not in stock.
Inventories are constantly changing in our warehouses and
it may not be possible to
always keep our site up to date on out of stock items. Therefore, you will be notified as
soon as
possible, usually 1-2 business days if a product is out of stock.
Images: Most of our images are provided by the manufactures of the products. While we
try to keep our images up to date we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer has not made
changes to their product. Our product images are updated once we are aware that a change
has been made.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns and credit
your charge card, minus shipping and handling costs.
All returns must have an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within
14 days of item receipt to be
accepted at our warehouse. Please contact us and
we will Fax or Email you the
authorization number. Once issued a RMA, please return
the package to us within 14 days.
Products returned without a RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee
All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item
containers). Failure to do so may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee. We will not
accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags.
Customized and made to order (e.g. jewelry) products are not returnable.
Recliners, Sofas, Video Rockers, and Kid's Recliners, and Golf Bags are subject
to a 25% restocking fee. Poker chip returns and exchanges are subject
to a 15% restocking fee if returned as new and 25% if wrapped chips are opened.
For Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
If you should receive damaged or incorrect
merchandise, please contact Sports 'n Chips within 14 days of receipt to obtain an
RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged/incorrect item. Once the damaged
or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items
will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that
the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. Upon receipt of the
returned merchandise we will credit your credit card.
